Everything on our website is handmade, some of the products are made to order therefore please allow upto 10 working days for us to get your glass to you.
Smaller items will be dispatched through Royal Mail, larger items through a reputable courier, allowing us to track the order.
Overseas customers please contact us directly before purchase as postage will need to be calculated depending upon country.
All customs costs will be incurred by the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase, but should any problems arise we will offer a refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once we have received the product and are satisfied it is resalable we will make a full refund minus p &p costs. You are responsible for postal insurance on returns.
Should a breakage occur in transit a refund will only be given when acceptable proof of damage has been received.
Refunds are not available on custom orders once work has commenced.
Due to hygiene reasons, no refunds on earrings.
