All items listed on this website are handmade and therefore slight variations can be expected in batch produced items. if you are not entirely happy with your purchase then please do contact me within 14 days of delivery. Any returns or exchanges must be returned within 28 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will only be issued once the items have been returned subject to checking they are in the same condition they were sent in. Any loss in value will be deducted from the refund.

Commissioned and personalized items are NOT accepted for returns.

Cancellations are not accepted, but please do contact me if there are any issues with your order.
